WWMM Rules & Bylaws

Future club members:

  • Each future member is required to present their car in its best condition prior to joining WWMM to give the current admins a chance to review it.
  • Anyone inquiring about the club must be serious about joining (Please do not join just to say your in a club).

RULES and By-Laws

  1. First, and most important, if you don’t know or don’t understand, Ask Questions.
  2. All members are encouraged to attend at the least 1 meeting every 6 months and participate in as many events as possible. Meetings are held regularly, and will be posted on our closed Facebook club page.
  3. All vehicles are expected to be clean and maintained up to the vehicle’s maximum potential prior to all WWMM events.
  4. “No Haters!” With all teasing aside, negative criticism and or hurtful commentary of other members and their vehicles will not be tolerated. Positive and or constructive commentary and support is always welcomed and encouraged.
  5. Drugs & Alcohol: Illegal drugs and user or sellers of them are not welcome, accepted or tolerated in our club. Your membership will be terminated immediately. Responsible drinking of alcoholic beverages is allowed. Driving under the influence of any kind will not be tolerated and is grounds for dismissal.
  6. Club Promotion: club decals are not required, but strongly suggested. We make an effort to make them available in all stock colors to match your vehicle as much as possible. The club logo must be presentable on all club functions. Vehicle logos must always be displayed and cannot have any rips and or broken or missing letters.
  7. Everyone is expected to help each other like family and work together.
  8. All admins must agree on each and every subject or they will not pass (Majority rules).
  9. Members should not discuss club business with non-members at any time.
  10. There will be respect for members and officers while speaking during the meetings.
  11. There will be respect for member’s cars and friends they choose to bring to the club events.
  12. If you have an issue with another member do not bring it up during a meeting. Contact a club officer by e-mail or through facebook, and let the issue be properly addressed.
  13. If any member hears of sponsorship, notify officers. Do not take it upon yourself to get the sponsorship. All final decisions must go through club officials.
  14. No littering at events/rides.
  15. If you bring friends or family, they will have to obey the clubs rules, you will be held responsible in making sure that they do.
  16. It is up to every club member to keep an eye on each others cars and belongings. Please treat others property with respect and care.
  17. Stealing, damaging someone’s property, vandalism, destruction of private property etc. will result in immediate dismissal of club.
  18. Extremely rude public behavior will not be tolerated.
  19. No discrimination of other club members or belittling them. (Remember not everyone can either afford or wishes to upgrade or dress up their cars the same as you).
  20. Violence or any threat of violence, including verbal abuse is grounds for immediate dismissal.
  21. Follow these simple rules, meet some new friends and have fun!

By registering to become a club member, you agree to the terms stated within and agree to meet the standards set forth. Failure to comply with this agreement could result in membership suspension and/or termination. Any dues paid or donations given prior to membership termination will be forfeited.
